Baked Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 medium sweet onion, minced
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/4 c. medium-hot salsa (optional)
1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill
2 Tbsp. dry vermouth or chicken broth
bread crumbs
Hungarian paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Coat individual ramekins with olive oil. Melt 3 tablespoons butter and mix in pepper, onion, garlic, salsa, parsley, lemon juice, dill and vermouth (or chicken broth).
Stir in scallops, gently coating them well.
Divide the mixture in two ramekins.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and Hungarian paprika over top to taste.
Bake 15 minutes.
