Eggplant Parmigiana(Mama'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Prepare egg batter; you may need to add a bit more flour or milk to make a good batter consistency.
    Slice eggplant in 1/8-inch round slices.
    Heat skillet with oil and cook slices 1 1/2 minutes on each side, then dip them in batter and fry on each side until lightly browned.
