Loaded Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced and cooked
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1/2 (8 oz.) bag shredded Velveeta
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    pinch of garlic salt
    bacon, cooked
    scallions
Preparation
    Saut onion in butter; stir in flour. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Don't let it burn. Add salt, pepper and milk. Keep stirring. Cook 5 to 6 minutes. Add cooked potatoes and cheese. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Top with cooked bacon, shredded cheese and scallions.
