Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    2 eggs
    1 c. Italian-style bread crumbs
    1/4 c. olive oil
    15 1/2 oz. Prego spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    8 slices or 5 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Flatten chicken with meat mallet to 1/4-inch thickness. Flour breasts,
    thin
    dip
    into
    egg, then bread crumbs.
    Cook chicken in
    oil on medium-high heat until well browned on both sides; be sure
    not
    to
    overcook.
    Pour spaghetti sauce into baking dish and
    place chicken on sauce and top with Parmesan cheese.
    (Dish can be prepared one day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.) Bake
    in
    400\u00b0
    oven
    for 15 to 30 minutes; put Mozzarella on the last 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
