Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. Crisco oil
1 c. pecans (if desired)
Preparation

Mash potatoes (fresh potatoes may be used). Then blend all the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, approximately 60 to 70 minutes.
