Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix flour, powdered sugar and margarine.
Put in an 8 x 8-inch square pan, building up 1/2-inch edge.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 20 minutes.
Beat eggs until fluffy and add rest of ingredients. Beat well.
Pour over hot crust.
Bake an additional 25 minutes or longer until imprint remains when touched.
Cool.
Cut into squares.
(Sprinkle top with powdered sugar while hot if desired.)
