Freezer Cukes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 c. onions, thinly sliced
1 c. bell peppers, thinly sliced
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar or more to your taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and place in refrigerator overnight.
Put in freezer jars (do not fill to top).
Put in freezer.
Thaw to eat.
Will keep in refrigerator after thawing for 1 week.
