Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. small shrimp, drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley or 2 tsp. dried parsley
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. minced green onions, fresh
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and water, let stand 5 minutes.
    Heat soup, add in gelatin and cream cheese just until melted, remove from heat and let cool.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and chill in serving dish for 3 hours or until firm.
    Serve with crackers.
