Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. 3 oz. can chili without beans
6 oz. pkg. corn chips
1 small onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Place half of chili on bottom of greased 1-quart baking dish. Cover with half corn chips, onion and cheeses.
Repeat with layers of remaining chili, corn chips, onions and top with cheeses.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
