Cheese Pocket - cooking recipe

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg yolk
2 tubes crescent rolls
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients until smooth. Roll out and spread 1 tube of crescent rolls in ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Pour mixed ingredients on top and spread evenly. Roll out other tube of crescent rolls and lay on top of filling. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes (until slightly golden).
