Mexican Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. rice, uncooked
    1/4 c. cilantro, snipped
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 c. water
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    1 small can tomatoes
    1 c. celery, sliced
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and form into meat balls.
    Cook - simmer the rest of ingredients for 1 hour.
    Drop meat balls into soup.
    Simmer 30 minutes longer.
