Grandma'S Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork, ground
    1/2 lb. ground round beef
    1 scant c. dry rice, boiled until partially done
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    cabbage leaves
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cabbage leaves, and make balls. Wilt cabbage leaves in water.
    Use this juice for basting and 1 cup over pan of balls wrapped in wilted leaves.
    Bake 1/2 hour, covered, for 30 to 35 minutes and uncovered at 350\u00b0.
