Mashed Turnips And Potatoes(Heart Smart) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small potatoes, peeled and cubed (12 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. peeled and cubed turnips (about 8 oz.)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of ground red pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan over medium heat, in boiling water, cook potatoes and turnips about 20 to 30 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain.
