Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 or 3 c. sliced potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 to 3/4 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Boil potatoes and onion.
    Drain.
    Layer potatoes, cheese, beef and soup in casserole dish.
    Salt to taste. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
