Dump Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple including juice
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
1/2 to 3/4 c. crushed nuts
2 sticks oleo or butter, sliced into pats
Cool Whip
Preparation

Lightly grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Layer the first 4 ingredients in the pan in the order listed.
Slice the oleo or butter into pats; place evenly over nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool or serve warm.
Add a dab of Cool Whip on top.
Serves 12.
