Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can crab, drained
    1/4 tsp. pressed garlic
    2 c. finely crushed Ritz crackers
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Wash and drain mushrooms.
    Remove stems.
    Chop stems.
    Melt butter and saute onion 5 minutes.
    Add crab, garlic and mushroom stems.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Stir in broth last.
    Stuff mushrooms.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
