Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small can creamed corn
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    Mexican hot jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together using 1 or more peppers.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
