Orange Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
4 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Combine rind, sugar and orange juice in a heavy saucepan. Cook until it comes to a full boil. Stir in pecans.
Continue to cook, stirring until pecans are coated and all syrup is almost absorbed.
Remove from heat. Stir until pecans are separated. Spread on waxed paper.
Yields 5 1/2 cups.
