Squash And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 c. fresh yellow squash, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook squash in water with onion and margarine until squash is tender.
Drain well and place in bowl.
Mix in sausage, bread crumbs, cheese, eggs and salt and pepper.
Turn into greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
