Decadent Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. half-and-half
    8 tsp. sugar
    1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped, or use chips
    1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a small heavy saucepan over medium heat, mix together the milk, half-and-half, sugar, chocolates, and brown sugar.
    Heat until the chocolate melts and the sugar dissolves.
    Do not bring to a boil, but make sure the mixture gets steaming hot.
    Reduce the heat and keep the chocolate hot.
    Place half of the mixture in a blender and mix until frothy.
    Return to the pan, add the vanilla and pour into glasses.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 2 servings.
