Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. molasses
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in medium sized bowl. Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add first mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
