Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can kraut
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 small jar pimentos (chopped)
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
    Put in glass jar.
    Mix the vinegar and sugar; bring to a boil.
    Pour over kraut mixture. Chill and serve.
    Makes 1 quart.
