Scotch Eggs(Serves 5 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage meat
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    fat (for frying)
    bread crumbs
    flour
    1 egg (for coating)
Preparation
    Hard-boil the eggs; shell and dry them.
    Sprinkle with flour and cover with sausage meat.
    Roll in egg and breadcrumbs.
    Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
    Drain well.
    Cut in half and serve hot with brown gravy or tomato sauce or cold with salad.
