Beef Biscuit Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground leftover beef roast
    4 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Moisten ground meat to spreading consistency, using beef broth.
    Combine Bisquick and milk to make soft dough.
    Roll out about 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread even layer of meat mixture over dough.
    Roll, jelly roll fashion.
    Slice into 1-inch slices. Place on buttered baking sheet.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven.
    Brush with melted margarine.
    Serve with gravy on top.
