Sausage Cheese Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
6 Tbsp. cracker meal
3 c. Bisquick

Preparation

Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Mix well.
Form into balls of desired size.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Balls may be placed on cookie sheet and frozen.
Store in plastic bag in freezer.
May be baked without thawing.
Increase the baking time.
