Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cold mashed potatoes
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
milk (just enough)
Preparation

Mix together and drop
by spoonful into frying pan and cook like pancakes.
(Above mixture is similar to pancake mix only thicker.
You don't want to add so much flour and milk that you lose the taste of mashed potatoes).
Can add chopped onion to this although I don't.
