Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground hamburger, browned
    2 cans plain pinto beans
    1 can red enchilada sauce
    salt and pepper and garlic salt to taste
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    oil to fry tortillas to soft
Preparation
    Heat up the oil in a small frying pan.
    Add a tortilla and cook it on both sides to soften, then put on a napkin to drain.
    Fry all tortillas.
    Add to cooked hamburger the cans of pinto beans, the enchilada sauce and the seasonings.
    Put in a casserole and layer or stack up with tortillas, meat mixture and, of course, of shredded cheese.
    Repeat layer.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
