Hot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg or 2 egg whites
    2 c. milk or skim milk
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Beat egg.
    Add egg, milk and oil to flour.
    Stir until smooth.
    (Needs to be thin, so adjust milk.) Oil the griddle to start.
    Makes 10 to 12 large cakes.
