My Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked and cooled
1/2 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (4 oz.)
1 c. peanut butter
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine the confectioners sugar and peanut butter.
Mix to a crumbly consistency (like a streusel) and remove about 1/2 cup of mixture.
Cover and set aside for later use. Pour the remaining mixture evenly over the pie crust.
Make the pudding according to the package directions.
Pour the pudding over the crumb layer, then cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, cover with whipped topping and top with the reserved peanut butter mixture.
