Mac 'N Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
2 c. chopped seeded cucumbers
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced red cabbage
1/4 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. sliced green onions and tops
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in 1/4's
1/2 c. reduced fat salad dressing
1/4 c. reduced fat sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 to 4 tsp. Dijon style mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Combine macaroni, cucumber, cabbage, celery, green onions and tomatoes in a large glass bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Spoon over macaroni mixture and toss. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
Makes 12 servings.
