Lemon Veal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal scallopini, pounded
    1/2 lemon, sliced
    parsley
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    flour
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Dip veal in flour; pan-fry in melted butter and oil for 1 minute per side.
    Remove to tray.
    Put mushrooms in pan and stir until soft, not browned; add lemon juice to pan and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Pour over veal; top with lemon slices and parsley. Serves 4.
