Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. round steak
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut off all fat on steak and put in a casserole dish.
    Mix all the other ingredients well and pour over meat.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour more. Drain.
