Pancit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast, shredded
    1 chopped medium onion
    paprika to taste
    pepper to taste
    m.s.g. to taste
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 celery stalks, julienned (not too thin)
    1 carrot, sliced
    1 c. cabbage, sliced
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 pkg. Pancit sticks (rice sticks)
Preparation
    Take chicken breast and boil in 2 cups water with 2 chicken bouillon.
    Saute garlic, onion and shredded chicken in oil.
    Add broth, soy sauce, pepper and paprika and let simmer for 3 minutes. Add carrots and celery.
    Let it cook 3 minutes.
    While cooking, soak noodles in lukewarm water for 2 minutes, then drain.
    Add noodles and cabbage and continue cooking and stirring until tender, about 2 to 3 minutes.
