Orange-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. mandarin oranges and juice
1 small vanilla instant pudding
1 large can pineapple and juice
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 11-inch pan.
Mix first 4 ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0.
Let cool.
Mix next ingredients and cover over cake.
