Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 can cream corn
    1/4 tsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can green enchilada sauce
    1 can red enchilada sauce
    corn or flour tortillas
    grated cheese
    jalapeno peppers (opt)
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion; drain grease.
    Add corn, spices, and sauce.
    Line baking dish with tortillas, meat, cheese, and peppers (usually two layers).
    Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
