Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. boiled sweet potatoes
    1 stick oleo
    1/4 c. dark Karo syrup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. white sugar
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. canned cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
    3 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust or 2 (10 inch) unbaked crust
Preparation
    Place cooked and peeled sweet potatoes in a bowl, add oleo, syrup, sugars, and eggs; mix well. Add vanilla, cinnamon, cream, and salt; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Yields 3 (9 inch) pies or 2 (10 inch) pies.
