Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Vidalia onions, sliced
    1 1/4 c. cornbread stuffing mix
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Saute onions gently until transparent.
    In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, soup and sour cream.
    Fold in onions. Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish and top
    with more stuffing mix.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
