Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. syrup
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Melt margarine; add flour and stir until smooth. Add syrup and sugar and boil for 3 minutes; cool. Add beaten eggs and nuts; blend well. Pour into pie shell; bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0; reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for an additional 30 to 35 minutes.
