Bite Size Quiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. diced onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped black olives
1/4 c. chopped smoky link sausage
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise, onion and salt in top of double boiler.
Stir constantly until cheese is melted and creamy.
Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Add small amount of warm cream cheese to beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
Add remaining mixture.
Add olives, sausage and Swiss cheese.
Mix well.
Coat tart pan with vegetable cooking spray.
Fill each cup to the top.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Let cool. Remove from pan and cool completely.
To reheat, use 275\u00b0 oven.
