Raw Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
3 carrots, sliced thin
2/3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 bunch broccoli tops
1 bunch green onions
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
-
Mix vinegar, oil, sugar and garlic salt.
Pour over raw vegetables.
Let set overnight.
Keeps for several days.
