Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. raisins
    2 eggs
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 Tbsp. sweetener
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until all water is gone.
    Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil.
    Mix well.
    Blend in baking soda and flour.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Bake in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
