Chicken Zesta Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
3 to 4 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can evaporated milk
1 small jar pimento, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 can mushrooms, chopped
salt and pepper
sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

In a saucepan, saute with oleo the celery, bell pepper and onion.
Place in a large casserole.
Add remaining ingredients; top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
