Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick melted butter
    1/2 c. onion
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 c. regular rice
    4 or 6 pork chops
Preparation
    Combine butter, rice, onion and consomme in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Place pork chops on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil and brown for 10 to 15 minutes.
