Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped very fine
    1/2 c. hot pepper, chopped fine
    2 c. apple cider vinegar
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Certo
Preparation
    Put bell pepper, hot pepper, vinegar and sugar in a heavy saucepan; cook together for 7 minutes after it boils.
    Take off heat and cool for 5 minutes.
    Add Certo.
    Stir well.
    Pour in jars and seal.
