Best Ever Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    8 eggs
    3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Cream butter gradually, adding sugar and beating until mixture is light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each.
    Combine flour and salt, stirring well.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Stir in flavorings.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Makes 1 (10-inch) cake.
