Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 small can mushrooms (save liquid)
    6 oz. pkg. frozen crabmeat
    1/2 c. saltines (coarse)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    approximately 2 lb. flounder
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    milk
    1/3 c. white wine
    4 oz. shredded cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook onion in 1/4 cup butter until tender.
    Stir in mushrooms, crabmeat, crackers and parsley. Spread over fish and roll with seam side down.
