Brussels Sprouts With Vidalia Onion Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium Vidalia onions, sliced
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
    1 c. chicken stock
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter on very low heat, until soft and brown. Cook Brussels sprouts in chicken stock until just tender.
    Drain. Toss with onion butter.
    Add salt and pepper to your taste. Yield: 10 servings.
