Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch pie
    6 apples, peeled and sliced
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice (no sugar)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place apples and undiluted apple juice in pan.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered 5 minutes.
    Dissolve cornstarch in water.
    Gently stir cornstarch into apple mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered until thickened. Stir in cinnamon.
    Fill pastry shell with apple mixture and cover with top crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    May make struedel topping if you wish instead of top crust.
