Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 or 15 oz.) can whole kernel Niblets corn
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel white Shoe Peg corn
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimientos
Preparation

Mix with mayonnaise; cover and refrigerate overnight, if possible.
