Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. pie crust mix
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust mix according to directions on package. Line a pie plate, fluting a high edge.
    Combine flour with brown sugar; cut in butter or margarine until mixture resembles coarse corn meal.
    Measure 1 cup and reserve for topping.
    Pour remaining crumbs into pie shell.
    Add soda to water; stir in molasses.
    Pour over crumbs in pie shell.
    Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top. Bake in preheated oven (350\u00b0).
